Besides the power going out for 30 mins last night, it was a great experience. I love this place, they definitely took care of us. We’ll be back!

I tried to stay down here and called to casino and you can make reservations til 7am per the employee and without even asking dates told us they were sold out when clearly they werent had she even ask the dates we wanted. It was clear she didnt want customers to come to the Nugget

Prices of the room went up. Quality of the room does not correspond with the price. I had to call for housekeeping because they forgot to clean our room.

Cozy, not a lot of children running wild like at the row, dealers who don’t push or pressure, friendly service from the staff, and generous comps. One of the best places to stay in Reno for couples who aren’t looking to be bothered by unsupervised children and their oblivious inconsiderate parents.

Only one actual Front desk manager was knowledgeable enough to actually listen and double checked everything we were complaining about double charging us for deposit and resort fees. Then the morning manager had us kicked out of one of our rooms and she handle it like a boss. The other one Sierra had a nasty attitude and she was so stupid she didn’t even know any of the transactions on my card. I wasn’t the only one either there were many others in the same situation. Nice remodeled rooms great pool for winter months, beautiful gym and fantastic value! Gambling is blah but drinks waitresses were attentive and friendly!
