We are locals and stayed here after a party held at the Nugget. Loud!!!!!! Noise in hall and adjacent rooms kept us up on and off throughout the night. Room smelled of smoke but was a nonsmoking room. The hotel has areas that can really use a deep cleaning. Went to the Starbucks in lobby when they opened...dirty...sticky.

I wish I could give a better review however there are just too many negatives. They seem to be extremely under staffed which results in poor service and a poorly maintained property. We had to ask for towels, the casino area is dirty...especially the slot machines, valet parking has a 15 to 30 minute wait time, service at Rosie's is slow because they do not have enough wait staff. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Overall The Nugget is just okay.

My daughter and grandkids are here right now for 2 nights. We came back to our nonsmoking room at 9:30 to an overwhelming skunk smell, because our next door neighbors are smoking weed. Finally, at 10:20 we called the front desk. They said that someone would come up and talk to them. No one did. We gave it 10 minutes and called back, because the smell is worse. The front desk manager suggested we change rooms. It’s 10:30, we have children in bed, and I asked why they don’t have the offending party change rooms? I am livid!

We love the Nugget. Great staff, food, cleanliness and promotions!!! We try and get away every couple months to treat ourselves to a weekend of pure adult fun. Thank you to the Nugget CEO and all👍🏼👍🏼😀

horrible service. the casino and parking garage was disgustingly dirty. seemed like it was always under staffed! horrible experience. Rosie's was always at least a 2 hour delay. at 10pm after a concert there was no place to get a bite. we ended up going to our room and ordering Domino's pizza...

Place isn’t the same as it was under John Asquagua. We stayed the last 2 night. A/C barely blew, refrigerator didn’t work, hot water filled the toilet when flushed. Had to run hot water for 10 minutes in shower before cold water started working. No weatherstripping or seal on the windows so wevheard the freeway all night. The positive is they did refund all but 4.25 of the resort fee. Dude at the desk said they would give us comps but we never got them. Still, though, nice place, just poor customer service.
