We asked for a remodeled room and got one on the 25th floor. The room is large and gorgeous, love the Keurig coffee maker, the bed is comfortable and the view is lovely as well. :) Oh and the Saturday night buffet was flawless. Chef Mark should be commended for his great food and appetizing presentation!

The rooms are very clean and ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful. The oyster bar was great. Elsa was our waitress and gave us excellent service. ❤️

had a very nice stay. Saw a concert there and stayed there, staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. no complaints

On top of them over charging me for my rooms and all their hidden fees and their ridiculous 13.5 tax these people can go f*** off I told them I had a brand new baby and they continue to put me in the old section of the building where I was overcharged for my room and it smell like cigarette smoke
