My whole experience from check in to discharge was exceptional. I would like to give a big thank you to all the staff who looked after me during my treatment ❤️
Currently sitting in the waiting room... 85 minutes and counting for a 5 minute follow-up. I felt completely ignored the entire time and nobody wants to tell me how much longer I would need to wait, absolutely scandalous.
Appointment was at 5PM, I did not wait 5 minutes... nor 10.... nor 15 for my follow up, but over an HOUR AND A HALF in an empty waiting room while staff were refusing to update me on an ETA. There is something called duty of care that you vow by, this was NOT the case. This place is a JOKE. Next time you wait for your order, I hope it takes over an hour and a half to get your appetiser.
Excellent experience. A welcoming friendly team in all areas. Excellent communication and I was very pleased with the operation and associated treatment received.
