I have been referred to Nuffield health by my GP, it has not been pleasant at all. I have called over 6 times today to book my surgery date and the receptionists tell me someone will call me but for the past 5 weeks I have been waiting for someone to call me back but no one ever does. I've used the Holly Hospital a number of times over the past few years. Whilst the Consultants I have seen have been really good, my frustration is with the hospital itself and constantly having to call and chase to obtain a copy of my results. These are privately paid for procedures, scans, tests and I should not have to keep chasing to be told "someone will send it", "the lady who does this isn't in until xyz time".
