Have been here for massages many times and found it not worth my money and time any more. I made a booking and nominated specific therapist, but the receptionist told me she was not here and I could only accept their arrangements. I accepted, and the therapist they sent me was terrible and unprofessional, nearly scratching my feet. The room is not clean and noisy, I could hear people talk in the nearby room, which made me really uncomfortable and unsafe. I was quite disappointed. I called and made a reservation for 1 hour of massage I asked to be massaged by a woman, I specified.The girl at the reception understood but when I got to the massage roomA man came that I didn't ask for, after which the girl at the reception told me that this is all I can offer myself if I want. They make fun of us, they do what they want and you have to pay, that's how it even got to the massage??

Quite a nice and clean space but I didn’t find the massage that great for the price I paid.

Thank you to Ranu the receptionist for welcoming me and offering me some lovely tea and cake after my massage and to Jenny the masseuse who gave me a really good massage. She could gauge the pressure I wanted, and worked on areas I was tense in. I feel more relaxed. Definitely will return and recommend to others.
