One of the worst experiences of trying to rent. I viewed the property immediately registered interest, sent deposit, sent my references, done everything right and promptly and Jimmy ghosted me, when I finally got in contact after emailing several times he said the landlord wanted £100 more on top of the advertised let per month literally at the last point of tenancy acceptance. They are dishonest and have no integrity, Jimmy also said well £100 is not that much more. Waste of time, energy and money.
I dealt with Jimmy Thomas, who ghosted me after a viewing when I was asking about next steps to make an offer. After following up I was then informed that it was under offer. Zero communication, would not recommend.
