Nat is wonderful. Super friendly. Helped massive with my old torn shoulder muscle injury. Gave me some advice on how to help with the injury and shoulders in future and building strength back in it. Will definitely be going back in the future!
Nat deserves even more 5 star reviews so here’s mine - she made me feel entirely at ease and worked with me to help target my problem areas with incredible strength and precision. Before I went to Nat i had alot of pain in my back from training over the years, after one session it eased and felt brand new again, ever since ive been going more often and she has been amazing with my recovery as i lift heavy and train often, Super friendly, very accommodating and makes you feel really comfortable. Highly recommend
Have used nat a fair few times when I started to have lower back pains, after a chat and an hour later the pain was gone for the first time in months! And now whenever I can I try to book in with her! Absolutely worth it. Family even love her. Got them a massage with nat for Christmas! Truly worth booking on.
