Fantastic service from Guy and Sam at NRG drains. Came super fast when we had an emergency blockage. Explained everything step by step and sorted the problem out really quickly. Would highly recommend.
Amazing service!! Thanks so much to Guy and team, they came out quickly today as promised and diagnosed an issue with the mains sewer. They refused to take payment for the job. Would highly recommend as Guy has previously helped to diagnose an incorrectly fitted drain which our housebuilder then had to take responsibility for fixing.
Easy to contact and swift response. Turned up when they said they would, they cleared roots from our drain and left the area clean and tidy. Very pleased with their work and would use them again.
The drain at my house was blocked, and I found this company's contact information online. They quickly scheduled my appointment. The company charges reasonably, and Guy and Sam were very friendly, working with great dedication. Had a really quick response to a severely block manhole and sewer pipe. Guy and team managed to find a complication with the drain using cameras and get it all cleared. Fantastic service and would totally recommend.
