I had a plumbing problem. I rocked up with the old flush, the cistern and all sorts. They took the time to listen and propose a solution. Much better than Screwfix because these people know what they are talking about!

I am a novice DIY'er and had no knowledge of replacing a bathroom faucet. The staff showed me exactly what I needed to connect a female connector on the new faucet to the existing push connector and even cut the copper pipes in store(for free). They laid out the step by step process and I bought all the necessary parts. All I did was repeat his instructions and presto! A bathroom faucet replaced. Highly recommend.
Very good and well arranged shop on Morden. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, giving right advice on what is technically important. Also they got everything for plumbing fittings, bathroom and heating systems.
