Friendly and attentive staff. We've been using Novus for our Primary Care for over two years now and they have been great.
It's nice that they have walk ins during the whole week, didn't have to call off work. The staff is friendly and professional. The whole feel of the place is nice, nothing like a clinic and more like visiting a friend's house. I highly recommend it.
