The best health care I have ever received. Allen and his team are sensitive, caring, professional and thorough. I'm never rushed through and all of my concerns are listend to and heard. This is also the only place I've been to where the Phlebotomists take blood *painlessly*!!! My many health needs have never been managed as well or as caringly. I cannot recommend novus highly enough! The best!

RecommendedI absolutely love it here and feel so comfortable with the staff. The newer hire George always is personable and comforting as I *hate* getting blood drawn. I hope he never leaves! And who could compete with Olga, she’s amazing. I love the staff here and I know my health is in good hands. I hate going to the doctor and I wish I could go to Novus *more* often because of how fantastic the entire staff is.
I LOVE THIS FACILITY! John, Josephine, and dr Lopez helped me so much and they were so amazing. I went to the Stroudsburg pa location. I highly recommend going there!!! So kind and warm and made me so comfy being there. Also very educational! I learned a lot of new things. Thank you for a great experience !!

After having an appointment canceled at the very last minute at another facility, I ended up at the Bethlehem location. I am so glad I did. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, especially for having a surprise appointment made, they weren't judgemental, and were fast and efficient, as well as took the time to educate me about things I was unaware of. Came in today for testing and the entire staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Robert helped administer my tests and he was the best!! Very knowledgeable and eager to answer questions! Wouldn’t have been an amazing experience without him!! Thanks Novus I will be back!!

Alan and his staff are great! I enjoy coming here to get tested every few months because of the welcoming atmosphere. There is never any awkward tension or judgement when visiting. Something I think many people are afraid of when questioning whether or not to get tested. GET TESTED. VISIT NOVUS. You will want to go back!
