Hi All, I would like to share the worst experience i had with Novia Furniture and would advise people to stop buying from it any store or online. It would be bit of a long note but do advise everyone to read it before ordering anything. - I placed an order on 17 December 2024 in Lakeside store and paid a deposit of £1,000, with the remaining amount paid on 7 March 2025, and an agreed delivery date of 28 March 2025.
