Positive experience Been shopping around for a specific car. Joel reaches out immediately after filling out the inquiry. Within 30 min of exchanging emails, I got the price I wanted. When I went to the dealership, everything was smooth from the greeting to leaving the dealership. I dealt with Howard who was very informative and helpful as well as Jeff. I felt pretty well connected with 3 people I interacted and I would definitely come back and get a other one in the future.
Wonderful Expetience Our experience buying a vehicle from Novak was wonderful! Don our salesperson was so helpful and friendly every step of the way! The whole staff was awesome and patient. They really worked with us in making sure we were happy. You can tell how much they take care about the vehicles they’re selling and their customers. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent customer service This was our first purchase from Novak Motors in Lebanon, NJ and based on how it went, it won't be our last. We were looking to replace our mid-sized SUV and since we live in the area and saw a Land Rover Discovery on the lot, figured it'd be easy to test drive it there instead of going to Princeton to the dealership. Fantastic Staff The staff at Novak Motors NJ is super friendly, helpful and patient. I never felt pressured to buy something that I didn't fully love and when I did find a car that I loved, the staff walked me through the car buying process step-by-step. As a first time car buyer, I would highly recommend Novak Motors. All of the cars on the lot are also super nice and extremely high quality used cars.

Stellar Of A Dealership Novak Motors N.J. is by far a dealership like no other. Very friendly and professional atmosphere of people who make you feel at home.
