True Professionals - Top Notch Service Purchased 17 WRX from Novak and engaged with Joel remotely because I am not local to area. They did try! I recently bought a Kia Sorrento. Unfortunately, my sense of smell is terrible. I realized after having the car for a week or so, the SUV wreaked of smoke. My entire garage smelled when I left the windows on the vehicle open. Novak’s did try and fix it. They detailed the car and had someone come in to try and eliminate the smell. While it is better than it was, my SUV still smells. I only drive it when I absolutely have to. I do not believe it is Novak’s fault but needless to say I am very sorry I bought this v... read more

Fast and easy Hi my name is Adam. I stopped in around 10 am and Joel came out to meet me. I left and called him around 1130 am and said let's move forward. And they had my car already for pickup that afternoon.

A straightforward dealership, I'm a fan. I inquired about a car online and Joel helped me hold the car since I had a 3 hour ride to go see it. Friendly staff, not pushy, Our saleman, Joel Lambert, was outside when we pulled into Novak Motors, NJ last week. We had passed the dealership many times, but never had stopped in.
