Novak Motors #1 Needed a car quickly. Went to Novak on a family member’s recommendation and we are so glad we did. We purchased our Jeep without any hassle!! Great sales experience! From the moment we entered the lot at Novak, we were greeted and given a brief overview of the inventory. There was no heavy sales pressure that we have seen at other competitor dealerships - we were given our own time to look around and come to their team when we were ready. We ended up finding a perfect vehicle, offered an aggressive trade in offer on our vehicle and couldn’t be happier with our decision to buy from Novak. Overall great experience Normally I dislike buying cars at dealerships. It’s long, awkward, and annoying. Don was our salesperson. He was knowledgeable, easy going, and made my overall process pleasant. All of the representatives at Novak were great in every way. Transparent pricing. They only deal legit/clean cars to my knowledge. Best of all, no last minute added costs or shady moves. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely Amazing This is my 2nd purchase from Joel and both times have been amazing. No pressure and is able to always answer any questions. The car selection, atmosphere, and customer service are always phenomenal. The process is always made stress free and goes smoothly. Great Day! Was dreading having to buy a new car, but from The second Tom approached us I had a good feeling it would be a pleasant experience. He was helpful, honest, and didn’t waste any of our time trying to show us anything other than what I really wanted. We were there less than two hours and I was able to drive my car right off the lot. They even set up an appointment for me to get the windshield nick fixed. I highly recommend Novak Motors and plan on returning in the future for any other car needs.
