Awesome Experience I recently purchased a used Dodge Charger. I made the deal with Joel Lambert who was experienced, helpful and straightforward about the dealership and vehicle. I thought the deal was fair and it did not take much time at all. Then Jeff Cramer, the finance manager, had everything organized and there were no pressure tactics. I will go back to this dealership and these people when I am in need of another vehicle. I have already recommened Novak motors to friends that are looking for a used vehicle.

Excellent experience From start to finish we had a terrific experience with Novak! Don was friendly, honest and there was no pressure into making a decision. He worked with us on the price and took the time in the pouring rain to make sure we were comfortable with all of the features of the vehicle when we picked it up. Our experience at Novak was fantastic in all aspects of car buying!

Pleasant Suprise Joel was very helpful in reaching the price we were looking for. Vehicle was delivered quickly and fully detailed. Joel never made us feel rushed and took the time to show us all the features of the vehicle before we left. He also showed us around the facility and it is amazing.

Best car buying experience I ever had. Dealership was great to negotiate with. No pressure, no hassle, no typical dealer tactics. It was one of if not the best car buying experience I ever had. Asked that the price be lowered to where we were comfortable with which was lower than Carfax value and then asked that the tires be replaced. No problem sure we will replace them and vehicle price remained what we asked for no dealer tactic that’s gonna cost you.
