WORLDS BEST DEALER SHIP !!!!!!! The people at this dealership are wonderful very compassionate. Great dealership for the purchase of our Jeep Great family friendly dealership. Eddie was a great salesman, very nice, easy to talk to and work with, not pushy, no gimmicks. We got an outstanding one owner jeep off of a lease for a great price with low miles and loaded options. The dealers are doing a good job carefully hand selecting their vehicles. Very helpful Buying a car is generally not a lot of fun. That said, everyone I dealt with at Novak was extremely helpful, and I am very pleased with the truck I bought and the price. They run a first class operation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Best car buying experience ever! While turning in my leased vehicle at the end of it's term, I decided to walk the lot as my wife and I knew exactly what we were looking for as a replacement vehicle. Very impressed! I can’t say enough about Novak. From the moment we stepped on their lot, I was very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and interest in what WE wanted. great experience I reached out via email on a truck that was just listed, no picuture had been posted on any site yet. Working with Eddie, he sent me pics and and answered all my questions on the phone, I made the dirve to the location to check out the truck. They were friendly, knowledgeable and accomandaing to any question or concerns I had. Been buying vehicle for 45 years, this was one of the best experiences I ever had.
