I originally visited Nic with a knee issue, he had been recommended by a friend. I found him to be warm and approachable in giving practical advice and excercises for me to do at home/in the gym. I emailed him with the results of my MRI scan, he was happy to talk to me about the results and helped me to have realistic expectations on what my rehab will look like. He's been a shoulder to cry on (literally) He will help to find the root cause of the injury, rather than just teating the pain. Sarah is great too

I've had years of pain and frustration of constantly being injured but after meeting nick at NOVA osteopathy my body has never felt better and with the sessions and exercises I'm given by nick to do I. finally getting back to where I want to be physically

Nick at NOVA Osteopath has helped and benefitted my neck arthritis enormously. He listened carefully to my health issues and recommended some dietary changes and a programme of exercises. After only a few weeks I am much better and able to function normally. Nick is professional, courteous and considerate. I do not hesitate to recommend Nick.
