Dr Rashmi Agarwal breif each & every step of treatment very calmly. The team of Nova IVF Gurgaon also transparent to brief about cost . Embience of center is very positive & motivational. Overall very good experience.
I cannot recommend Dr Rashmi Agrawal for fertility treatment. Throughout my time at the clinic, communication was a major issue. Doctor Rashmi was consistently rushed, and I rarely spoke with the her to get direct updates on my cycle. When treatment did not go as planned, the staff was evasive, failed to provide clear explanations of the lab results, and did not supply essential records like embryo photographs. The entire process lacked the transparency and individualized care required during such a stressful journey.
My experience with nova clinic was deeply disappointing and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult journey. Throughout the process, I rarely saw the Dr Rashmi Agrawal and every consultation felt rushed. Basic questions about my protocol and egg growth were brushed aside with vague answers, and the embryologist failed to provide clear updates or photo documentation of my embryos.
