I stayed at a student letting property for a year - everything was in good order, was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, which made settling in very easy. Student Lettings was incredibly helpful and responsive. When something needed fixing or checking, they acted incredibly quickly and made sure the issue was resolved without any hassle. Stayed in one of their flats for a year and had a good experience. Had no major issues and any minor ones that did arise were addressed swiftly by the landlord who was responsive throughout. Rent was reasonable for a studio flat, a spacious one at that, and had the benefit of being inclusive of bills so hassle free. Good location for students - close to both main UoN campuses. I stayed at this student accommodation for two years during my university studies, and I had an excellent experience throughout. The environment was very conducive and comfortable, providing a peaceful and secure space for both study and relaxation. One thing that stood out was how Peaceful the property was, and how promptly the management responded to any concerns or maintenance requests I had.
