Ordered plates from Nottingham Reg Plates and the experience wasn’t great. The delivery took longer than expected and I didn’t get any updates until I chased them. The plates themselves look okay but the communication needs serious improvement.
Customer service was disappointing. I asked a few questions about the lifetime warranty and didn’t get a clear answer. The staff seemed uninterested in helping. For something related to car registration plates, I expected better support.
Paid extra expecting a professional installation service but the appointment time kept getting changed. When the installer finally came it felt rushed and the plates weren’t aligned properly. Had to fix them myself later.
