Honestly helped me so much and still helping me now. Started with one to one support and now been offered a variety of group therapies to join and for me to choose which I feel will work best for me. They even clocked on to my medical issues and helped me get the right support medically too from NHS. NRN done more for me in a year than I’ve received in ten years of being in mental health services and I can’t thank them enough. I’m fully sober now :)

Awful. I suffer with depression and have a cronic illness and have been on medication now for 17 years. I'm completely over using hard drugs but after so long on subbies I'd go into withdrawal without them and they help with my mental state. After nearly being blackmailed into going on methadone, which I categorically said I didn't want it was only by the intervention of a doctor that I stayed on subbies.
