The communication was excellent with prompt replies to all my questions. The price was competitive with no hidden "extras." The workmen were efficient, purposeful and took pride in their work which was completed to my satisfaction. A pleasure doing business with this company.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before dealing with this company. I paid a £6,000 deposit on February, 2022, but more than two years later, the work has still not started. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner, Simon Taylor, I have received NO REFUND or RESPONSE. It also appears that he has changed his phone number to avoid clients. Additionally, the company's address is incorrect—I sent a letter to the listed address, but it was returned.
BEWARE of this company!! I engaged this company and paid a deposit to the business owner SIMON TAYLOR in February 2022. I've paid him over £14,000, yet only a small portion of the promised work has been completed on my garden! He has made excuses regarding scheduling conflicts, staffing issues, and an injury, but this is simply unacceptable.
