Been let down twice now ! Had an appointment twice and both times nobody had turn up at my house!!!!!
been waiting 10 months to have BLACK MOLD remove. and still no luck. But they will come around to tell you to clear your garden
This council is not worth time to write a review everyone at ncc housing services should be ashamed of themselves
absolutely vile! Heavy pregnant have had a leak in my flat flooding through the kitchen and leaking through my neighbours place , I have been waiting for 12 hours for someone to ring and every time I rang up the woman on the phone was shouting being absolutely rude! Just moved in as well to , and had also noticed they have put the wrong pipe through the sink ! HOW STUPID so now all flats are flooding ! And still no one out to be seen 🤦🏻♀️ failed there job as pure usual !
