27 year member, last few years are going to make me move most of my banking elsewhere. Example. Visa account closed a year ago suddenly has charges appearing. Sent me a new card for a closed account. Call option to do anything other than "activate" the card (like report fraudulent activity) hangs up on you. Phones not being answered on a timely basis even when open.
