I love the people at the credit union and they are so friendly and helpful.
I have used NDFCU for many years and highly recommended them. I don’t get charged for every little transaction like I used to at other places. However this new “virtual teller” is annoying...it’s a great idea when a real teller is unavailable but covering the windows during normal business hours to use what basically amounts to a fancy ATM kinda stinks. When I use the drive thru I appreciate seeing someone behind the glass. Not blacked out windows. Other than that love the credit union. No other complaints.
Been a member my whole life. Don't trust them with anything slightly complicated. An elementary mistake on their part made my life this year extremely difficult. Attitude about the mistake was lackadaisical and insulting. I will change financial institutions as soon as possible.
