6+ years of service and 75% of the time my partner went to any branch except the Edison Branch, he had some teller who couldn’t do their job properly to deposit or cash his checks. They have repeatedly hung up on us, ignored our emails, and failed to get him approved for any type of loan or credit line OVER THE COURSE OF SIX YEARS as both a business and personal member. What a joke! Only 1 drive through lane open on a Friday afternoon in Granger!? No inside service and 1 of 3 lanes open? Terrible!
RecommendedThe service at NDFCU is amazing! The tellers and staff are always friendly and helpful. We have multiple accounts with them along with our mortgage and car loan and are always impressed with the customer service. Also their online banking system is very easy to use and has simplified my life!
Customer service! When a client is dissatisfied NDFCU is quick to correct any issues! This was great surprise and I was very pleased with the outcome! We worked with Jeff P. and he definitely made my husband and I feel like a priority. He did all he could to make sure we got the most savings. Most of all Jeff was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have had. I would recommend NDFCU anytime!
I recently financed my wife’s car with NDFCU. I worked with Chris Emery on this loan and I also used Chris for my truck loan. Chris was extremely helpful with the process both times. Every time I contact NDFCU I am treated with respect and everyone is very professional. I’ve always had positive experiences with this bank and Chris is the best.
I have several accounts with this company and they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I also let them add insurance to an ATV I have financed with them and they changed the premium from 436 for the year to 129 a month without letting me know which is insane. Will get the ATV paid off and trade both cars and take my business elsewhere ASAP.
We acquired a loan for a truck. I setup automatic payments. The loan was paid off Oct. 20th 2019, yet they still are taking the automatic payments. Upon contacting them we were informed it is our responsibility to go in person to stop the payments. Oh and they also will not reimburse any overdraft fees it causes! Terrible business practices!
I have been with Notre Dame FCU for over 15 years and would not recommend banking with them, it has taken me many years of standing up for them against haters to realize those people were correct the whole time. I had to open an account somewhere else before i could see how much members are actually unappreciated, my only regret is waiting so long to go to another credit union.
