I've been a member for nearly 10 years and I cannot say enough about the positivity of my experience. Great institution with even better values.
When you're happy with you're bank, it's harder to write a lot than when you are unhappy. As a member, I'm happy with Notre Dame FCU. Rates. Service. Nice people. Couldn't ask for much more.
I was supposed to have my debit card when I arrived (4.5 weeks ago). Still waiting for it to come. It seemed no one at the bank even knew how to properly set up my bank account (I had to make three visits before I could access any of my funds). Extremely poor service, I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
Notre Dame Credit Union used to be a great place to bank. It has progressively gotten worse as it grows. You can not even get anyone at the branches to answer a phone anymore. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I love my Notre Dame Credit Union! My Grandmother used it way back when she worked for ND for 30 years up until we moved to Florida!! Highly recommend it!!
