Worst bank I've had since I open an account. Sometimes some of us don't have
Have been with them for three years. Was extremely happy at first; now however, I'm kind of just frustrated. You never know when direct deposits will post but they take deductions out 24/7. My other issue is had an investigation for a fraudulent charge and they put the money back in my account which was great and all; except then so did the company a few weeks later then poof one day the bank takes the money back without any warning at all. I have no problem with them taking the money back but is a heads up too much to ask? ... read more
