Very disappointed....
Have been working with NDFCU for many years. We have our boat and car loans as well as our mortgage through them. We have great rates and service! We have payments taken right out of our account and don't have to worry about them. I also have the NDFCU Visa. I get 1% cash back and when a large charge was made to an unusual place, I received a call asking if I had made the charge. I really feel like they have my back. Normally I would have given them a higher rating, but, after experiencing the so called online banking "enhancements" I am completely disappointed. Seriously, they could not move historical data because it was not compatible with the new system!!! I wonder if it was more cost effective for them to leave out that step. The previous system was great. This makes me sad. But, it also reminds me that we cannot rely on institutions to do what is best for their customers.
Overall I have loved banking with NDFCU; however as of late they can't get anything right. From screwing up payments on loans to not transferring right to this ridiculously horrible app. I think it may be time to look elsewhere for banking needs. This new management team is horrible.
