Notre Dame Credit Union used to be a great place to do business but the last 18 months the credit union and the customer service their is just horrible. They keep making changes that are cost me (their customers) money and trying to get anyone their who can actually help is a joke!! I'll "get a call back Monday" yea we'll see!!!
Thoroughly disgusted by the total lack of customer service! They don't answer the phone. They don't return calls. They don't respond to emails. This credit union has gotten too full of itself and the result will surely be a loss of business!
I will never bank at a bank again. I've saved a lot of money switch to NDFCU. LOVE THEM.
