Started Strong, But Left Us Stranded When It Mattered Most We first engaged Victor Welsh in 2018 to assist with transferring my late mother’s share of a property in Tenerife, and initially, Bernice and Alejandro provided excellent support. Rang this firm to get a commissioner of oaths service on a Statutory Decleration form. Very simple job. Delightful lady on first call said they had to see form first before you go in ( not sure why as a standard form!). Second time I rang in as I knew when I would have the form and to book an appointment. I got a very unhelpful lady. Refused to book in an appointment even provisionally! When I rang back just after 12pm on a Friday to progress this I got answer phone saying they were open 9am to 5pm that day!! Left message - ... read more
