There are many items apart from sofa’s which are good but the price is very expensive.
What can I say. We made the mistake of seeing exactly what we wanted then shopping around to compare, only to order furniture from a company that let us down after 14 weeks of waiting! Anyway, we went back to Not Only Sofas Swindon and luckily the suite we originally fell in love with was still available so we ordered it and it was delivered within 2 weeks. Pauline was brilliant!
I recently purchased a garden furniture set, sofa , chairs , fire pit etc… It all arrived within days and the quality is excellent. Unfortunately, on opening one box a piece was missing. I telephoned and reported this , and was immediately told that they would sort it as soon as possible. Later in the day I was informed they had the part I missed and if I wanted to collect it immediately I could, do by the end of the day I had the problem resolved and my sofa built.
