RecommendedMy normal veterinarian was not able to see my sick cat Olly for another 4 days. I stopped into Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital on the recommendation of a current pet owner/patient of that practice. Dr. Satterfield came out to the reception desk to talk to me and ask what was wrong with my cat. Dr. Satterfield and his staff were able to get us in the following morning. I had been taking my pets to Norwichtown Vet Hospital since I was a teenager. Muffin my poodle was put down with Dr Crockett attending in 2015. When I got my then kitten Cleo in 2016 Dr Satterfield was going on vacation out of state but performed her spaying and let me take her home without an overnight stay. He gave me his cell and the number where he was staying in case she had complications. He is willing to come in during the night for any emergency. Awesome care and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. 😼

We had never been here before but my cat was in distress and I was not happy with the care he was getting at a different vet. When I called, they took him in immediately and Dr. Pacheco literally turned out to be a life saver! She was so compassionate and caring. She listened to our situation and our dilemma. She was extremely generous with her time and went out of her way to make sure our cat was properly treated and healed. She made a very stressful time for us turn into a great experience. I love Norwichtown vets! They are always able to see me quickly and are very compassionate with both pets and owners. Patches the cat and Booberry the dog will never go anywhere else!
