Overall I have been happy with the Staff and Dr. White. Having an issue now getting medication for my dog, it’s been two weeks and it still isn’t ready. Barring this issue I would recommend this vet
Unfortunately our black lab Lulu had to be put down. We were naturally very upset about making such a difficult decision. The doctor and staff at Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital could not have been more compassionate and understanding. They did not hurry us both before and after her death but recognized she was a part of our family. We chose to keep her cremated remains and were surprised not only to get her ashes in a beautiful box but also an impression of her footprint in a keepsake case. Great care provided from all Employees of this practice. !! As a professional dog breeder, owner and judge for over 40 years, I can NOT say how please I am after the service I and my French Bulldog, “Etta” received today. She was in need of a cesarean section to deliver her bouncing big 7 pups. All doing great. The professional service does not just take place in the hospital, we decided to use Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital for our farm located in Lebanon. Great people, always so kind and patient and honest. Literally the best.
Highly Recommend Dr. Satterfield, Dr. White or Dr. Pacheco! Have had visits with all 3, and would highly recommend any of the 3!
Last Thursday Dr Pacheco did emergency surgery on Olympia.She did an awesome job and today Olympia is recovering with her favorite ball
The Veterinarians take their time to explain what’s going on with your pet. They are very compassionate and caring. When I needed them in an emergency they were there without hesitation. Thank you Norwichtown Vet for all you do.
Dr. Satterfield stayed after hours and saved us a trip to an emergency clinic. Our dog got into a large bag of raisins and Dr. S was able to help him. A drive to the closest emergency facility would be an hour, and going to NVH was much faster, we called a few other offices in the area but since they were closing they referred us to a 24/7 emergency facility, not NVH though, they asked us to come in right away! Thank you Dr. Satterfield!
