RecommendedNeeded last minute apt for my lab, they took him right in. Very kind and caring staff.
our first experience was a medical semi-emergency. our vet sent us to Pieper in Middletown who quoted us something we could never afford. we came to Norwich town for a 2nd opinion and they were able to resolve the issue for a reasonable, affordable rate. we will be switching all our furballs over to them. The team worked together and were totally fantastic!
Friday night at 4:45 I called with concerns for my 9 year old Lab. Dr. Satterfield said bring her down. He found internal bleeding and performed surgery that night. His staff stayed late to help save my dogs life. I can’t thank them enough for what they dis for my family. My lab is home recovering thanks to the talented and caring staff at Norwichtown Vet! We had our first visit today for dog, Ozzy and it was awesome! Great care, patience, and great staff! This is definitely our new vet! Going to transfer my other dog and my cat here too!
We love Dr Satterfield and Dr Pacheco. They take great care of our 3 pups and Dr S really likes to come see the flock!
Love the new ower😻 almost stopped going because of the last owner. New veterinarian is nice and friendly and is not trying to over charge. Very happy with the change👍🏻
