I am very pleased with the new ownership. I loved the practice before, but even more now. Dr. S has gone above and beyond to care for my dog Scout (who injured his leg). I highly recommend NVH.
The staff are super friendly and Dr. Crockett is fantastic. She was very helpful with my sick kitty and kept me informed. She always called back in a timely manner to discuss the condition of my cat. I cannot thank her and the staff enough for all their help.
I brought my cockatiel in for a "blood feather" to be removed cause I couldn't do it I was too afraid to do it, plus I wasn't sure how to since I've never owned a bird. The vet was so gentle and sweet to my baby birdie boy. She whistled at him and let him walk on her. I was only there to do one thing, but she went ahead and did other stuff just make sure he was healthy. Which he was. Checked his air waves, trimmed his claws, and was just all around great with him. So glad I found this place that takes care of birds.

Although we moved to New London nearly 10 years ago, we continue to bring our pets to Norwichtown Vet. The staff and vets are great. We wouldn't trust anyone else.
