RecommendedWe only went to NVH for a lower cost dental work for one of our dogs. We were so moved at that quality of care and that Dr. Satterfield didn’t treat you like a number (We had a previous bad dealing with another local vet when we needed an emergency visit and wanted us to wait til later in the day). NVH has been our vet for almost 2 years now and we have needed an appointment ASAP they were there, no waiting, we brought our dog in immediately and this has happened a couple of times. Dr White is awesome! He's very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and patient while answering all my questions. NVH's staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Lexi gives them 2 paws up!

NEVER take your animals here. I was quoted for emergency surgery on my brothers dog with Pyometra(either surgery or death by sepsis). I gave them my card info and was told I had to have my ID there. OK. I can be there in 5 minutes, they put me on hold for 3 and came back to tell me that they won’t do it now. They put the dog and friends that were with her outside and locked the doors. Scum. Norwich Veterinary hospital, on the other hand, said of course, bring her in.
