RecommendedDr Satterfield and his staff do an amazing job for all of our animals. The staff is able to get us in on same day often when one of our animals were sick, we have quite a few (9 in total) We had to euthanize our bunny, and Dr P walked us through each of the steps in the process. On Tuesday I experienced the drive up service. Dr. Satterfield and his crew deliver outstanding customer service. Zeke's appointment was actually fun, Dr. Satterfield picked Zeke up out of my back seat and carried him into the office! A short time later he came to my vehicle and told me everything looked fine. One of his assistants brought Zeke out and put him in the car then gave me my paperwork and took my payment. So easy and so quick. I’ve been coming here for years! 10+ years, my cat has emergency, due to being furloughed, I’m unable to make any payments, asked if could help me out, rather than give assistance, recommendations, payment plan, they only told me they need payment in full to be seen. He is heartless in my opinion. I will take my business elsewhere. I want a vet that actually cares about animals not in it for the money. Dr. Sutterfield belongs back in the army. Good Riddance doctor.
I will not ever bring my animals to this practice. I although it’s a business I think that’s exactly what this is for the docto.he is more passionate for money than animals. More than 10 years as a client multiple pets (a dog, 6 cats, and a bird, still correct 5 cats and a dog). Office staff great but the doctor. This place is amazing. They saw me at 530AM when my cat was sick. The staff and doctors are amazing. They truly care about your animals. They’re the best!
We only went to NVH for a lower cost dental work for one of our dogs. We were so moved at that quality of care and that Dr. Satterfield didn’t treat you like a number (We had a previous bad dealing with another local vet when we need an emergency visit and wanted us to wait til later in the day). NVH has been our vet for almost 2 years now and we have need an appointment ASAP they were they, no waiting, we brought our dog in immediately and this has happened a couple of times.
