We initially popped in to Norwich caravans on our way back from Cromer. We already had a Swift Basecamp but felt we needed more space especially with four dogs. On arrival there was no pushy sales persons. We have been to other dealers and before you get out of your car they are doing the hard sell. This was refreshing and our first positive sign. They went out of their way to help when my caravan had a major issue while we were away on holiday manage to book us in and repair in a day. Could not be more helpful and we are extremely greatful. Would recommend to all.
Took my Elddis Supreme 550 to have a scratch repaired. The scratch was skin deep from one end to the other. The repair was carried out in a very professional manner to an exceptional quality.
Really pleasant place to view new caravans. They had several in an inside showroom. Very friendly staff. We bought a new caravan from them and have been very impressed with their after sales service - any problems and they will help out over the phone. Update May 2025, they are still a good place to deal with, lovely staff.
