The service was outstanding throughout my visit. All staff members were caring and considerate. This made the visit pleasant and I felt comfortable with the level of concern and support expressed by Dr. McLaughlin. I entered the office with a high level of anxiety about my condition, and I left with a great deal of confidence that I was in good hands.
I liked Dr. Trofa immediately. He has a friendly, gentle manner and a good sense of humor. After taking time to carefully review my history, he described why my wisdom tooth might best be removed now, the procedure of removing it and what to expect during the process. His explanation was clear and easy to understand. He also explained the options for pain management, and I trusted his recommendation without hesitation. His answers to my questions were always straightforward and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Trofa.

Having oral Surgery is never fun but from the time we stepped foot into your door you we were treated with caring, compassion and professionalism. You made my daughter feel at ease and you took time making sure she knew and was comfortable with what has happening and her options. We truly appreciate the incredible service you provided and we will definitely recommend you to others.
I would highly recommend Dr McLaughlin...he was kind, patient and gentle! My daughter (a very nervous 10 year old at the time) was treated by him and he was great with her as well!!
Dr Trofa was so informative about my tooth pulling and implants. He totally made me feel at ease with everything and I️ would highly recommend this practice.
I went in for an emergency extraction on the day after Christmas and got not only first rate workmanship but the best explanation about the procedure. The explanation about the tooth being removed all other options to try to save it was so informative. The explanation about what was going to happen if extracted and long term effects was a first in all the time I have been to a dentists. I would give them a five of five stars. Thank you
My son was extremely nervous going into the procedure. Dr. Trofa made my son feel very at ease. My son had IV sedation and did not feel a thing. He was so relaxed he thought the removal of his wisdom teeth only took " 5 Minutes". A very anxious mom and nervous son are very pleased.
Excelent service from the time I arrived. The women at the front desk were very helpful. The Assistant that worked with Dr McLaughlin explained what I would need to do after the proceedure and Dr McLaughlin explained everything in detail. He was very kind throughout the proceedure and followed up later that evening.
A friendly, responsive environment was very welcome--gets questions answered and reduces tensions about the procedure.
