First, they called me on the phone to tell me that they were running late, which I thought was very considerate. From the moment I walked in the door it was a pleasant experience. I was greeted with a smile and I only waited long enough to fill out the usual paperwork. Dr Trofa explained every detail of the procedure and future options. Met Dr. Troffa today. He was fantastic. The wait wasn't unreasonable. He explained everything in the proper detail and went over the plan of action for next steps. Would HIGHLY recommend this practice. Staff polite too.
