Dr. McLaUglin is patient, caring, thorough and a skilled surgeon. We are glad we were lucky enough to be recommended to and be treated by him.
Great balance of professional and personal care.
My son had an exposure procedure done for his impacted canine tooth. Dr. McLaughlin and his staff took the stress out of it and helped my son move through it successfully. He recuperated very quickly. Dr. McLaughlin called our house to check that he was doing well. The staff was courteous and professional. It all went as smoothly as possible.
I had an excellent experience -- everyone was warm, welcoming and professional and I had confidence that I was in good hands from the moment I walked in. Dr. McLaughlin was wonderful and handled my tooth extraction quickly, smoothly and painlessly. His comfortable manner put me at ease immediately and I particularly appreciated his follow-up call the evening of the procedure to check on me and see how I was doing. Great doctor, good people, gratifying experience.
Excellent from end to end. From front desk to Dr. Trofa, scheduling me on one hour's notice, to explanation of procedures to actual procedure, to check in call later that evening, all exceeded expectations. Friendly, professional, and prompt. This was a Wow!
I had a good experience at the office from the office staff , the hygienists to the Dr himself. It felt pleasant and calm in the office at all times. I will defiantly go back if I needed him.
