Very professional and compassionate. I was nervous and everyone was totally reassuring. I did not need even a Tylenol after the extraction.
i think dr mac is a world class oral surgeon with great interpersonal skills ! i have no fear what so ever in going to see him for i know he will do everything to ensure my comfort and complete to task at hand wether it be an extraction or an implant ! thank you dr. mac !!
I was more than impressed with Dr. Trofa. He took a great deal of time explaining things to me and was very patient with me. He called me the evening of my oral surgery to inquire how I was doing. d The receptionist came out into the hall way to make sure I found my way after I called and was a bit lost in the building.
Dr. McLaughlin almost made me glad to visit his office to have a precious tooth removed. His "bedside manor" is outstanding and the thoroughness and professionalism gets top marks. Thank you Dr. and thank your staff for me.
Dr. McLaUghlin is an exceptional surgeon .I have had many procedures performed by him,and my family has as well over decades.He is a very kind,professional ,amazing doctor with a gentle approach both physically and emotionally.I have referred him to many others and everyone loves him.
From the first contact by phone to our first appointment everything was explained to us very clearly. You answered all of our questions and were all very pleasant.
Personable, professional, caring, helpful. These adjectives extend to the entire staff. Dr. Trofa is on my Mt Rushmore of medical professionals. His ability to calm my fears and perform the necessary work painlessly and his evening follow up call all contributed to a wonderful experience under adverse conditions!!
