Everyone very pleasant; seen on time. Dr. McLaughlin very cool in his long sleeved scrub shirt!
Carla was very helpful on the phone and at the front desk. Doctor McLaughlin was very helpful and kind also. He explained everything in detail and reassured me I would get great care. I would refer them to my friends and family. Thanks guys
This was my first visit with Dr. McLaughlin. I found him extremely personable, calming, informative, and thoughtful. He explained everything in a way that I can understand and laid out reasonings for his approach. I feel very comfortable in his care.
I was treated like a rock star Every effort was made to minimize pain; and there was virtually no pain, even though I had a molar extracted And, after an outstanding experience in the office< I was called by Dr. McLaughlin the evening of my proceedure to see how I was faring I have never had a better experience for a dental proceedure
I could not be more satisfied with the appointment. Dr. McLaughlin suggested I not do a procedure. I will always trust his opinion and advice. For service, expertise and honesty you can not find a better office. The staff top notch as well.
I was very pleased with the service I received. Dr. McLaughlin along with his competent staff - - Cholandra, Carla, Karla and Paulina - - were all professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. Dr. McLaughlin went into detail about all the options he offered for my issue and I was able to make an informative decision. I was impressed with a "live" friendly person answering the phone each time I called. That's so unusual in this day ... a very special service. Thank you for the excellent care I received.
