This office strikes me as very well run, very professional and very current in the fast moving technology market ... all the neat machines. I contacted the practice for a procedure on the recommendation of my dentist: he told me that Dr. McLaughlin is the best, the oral surgeon he would select for himself or for his daughter. I now understand that recommendation. One other thing: Dr. McLaughlin listens and then answers. Not so common a trait.
It was a good experience. Everyone was professional and friendly. When I left I knew exactly what needs to be done. Thank you.

Dr. M is terrific. I was an emergency/desperate case. He couldn't have been more gracious. Let me come in unscheduled on a Saturday morning and I left minus an infected tooth, but very happy. He explained everything, all the options, and then he performed a difficult extraction. Called me that night to check on me. too. If you need this type of help, look no further.
Great experience and will recommend this practice to friends and family. An implant can be quite stressful and this office goes out of their way to ensure the experience is as pleasant as possible. Thanks for taking such good care of me and my teeth!
I got my wisdom teeth out this past Thursday. The surgery went very well. I was sedated, felt no pain and it went by pretty quick. Following the surgery I had the normal bleeding and pain and today it is Monday and I woke up with a little bit of pain but as the day went on it went away. Only trouble I have now is eating as I cannot eat that many solid foods yet but am making progress.
My tooth extraction was relatively easy and very efficient without a lot of pain. Dr. McLaughlin was fabulous as was his assistant Monique. Would definitely recommend him to other people needed oral surgery.
Perfect experience. Extremely professional and efficient office. From first phone call to arrival, procedure and follow up everyone was sincere, responsive and knew what they were doing. Dr. MacLaughlin took time to share information and performed the procedure painlessly and quickly. I felt confident and relaxed while he worked on me.
