Excellent care and professional
Dr McLaughlin is the best oral surgeon that I have known. He is kind, caring and compassionate along with excellent in his field. I have been to him now quite a few times. Years ago, he saved me from a jaw infection. Yesterday he pulled a large molar. He called me to follow up after the extraction and then I called him late because I had a question. I had a great experience. The procedure was one of the easiest dental experiences I have had. Dr. McLaughlin is great at what he does and I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
Dr. Trofa is a champ! Such a friendly, authentic guy. He put me totally at ease, explaining the procedure thoroughly. His bedside (chair side) manner is fantastic. Can’t recommend Dr. Trofa enough!
Stan was in terrible pain when Dr. Kapner made the call to your office and time allowed for a busy appointment day for you, he was seen the same day.
The staff is very professional, fast, efficient and friendly. The ladies prepping me before my surgery were funny and made me very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Michael Trofa was also very professional and explained everything in a detailed manner. I had no questions or doubts about being in good hands. Looking forward to my next appointment.
