My experience was extremely positive. I received the information I needed to make the choice that was best for me and I appreciated Dr. McLaughlin's thorough discussion (with pictures) of my options. The staff were all professional and engaging.
As always, a trip to Dr. McLaughlin's office is as pleasant as a trip to the oral surgeon can be. He and his staff are all friendly and professional. They take the time to answer all questions and make you feel cared for and not rushed.
Very happy with the services of Dr. Trofa. He did an amazing with my extraction and subsequent implant. He explained every step along the way. I always knew what he was doing and why. I am very pleased with the results of my procedure and with Dr. Trofa's pleasing personality.

I was so grateful for the quick response from the office. I was not a patient but they accommodated me on the same day I called! The Doctors and staff could not be any friendlier or more professional! Everything was done to make me feel very comfortable. And it was very nice having the dentist call you back later on in the evening to make sure you were doing good! Definitely would recommend to all my family and friends! Thank you all.
