I've been to more than 4 different hospitals in CT and this is the most confusing one I've been to. I had to check in at 3 different places for a surgery. I was sent left and right through the building to go to each one. Staff in certain areas were annoyed at me for asking them to repeat themselves. It was very embarrassing in the pre-op room. The way they were explaining things made no sense. Post-op staff was awesome. They were helpful and understanding.

I am one of the owners of Sedona Taphouse. I fell off a ladder and was taken by ambulance to the emergency room. Concussion,stitches over my eye and s broken wrist. The treatment I received by everyone was outstanding. Dr., Nurses, attendants, radiology - just great. Thank you
My mom was admitted through the emergency room last week at Norwalk Hospital then transferred to 6E. for the remaining part of the week after surgery ! we had a 10+ experience every nurse every doctor every aid was incredibly helpful compassionate and hard-working thank you six E. you guys rock it !!

I have had nothing but very good experiences at Norwalk hospital over the course of many years as both a patient, and visitor. Very professional, friendly, helpful, and caring people in every aspect of the hospital environment. I feel very lucky to have this facility as a part of my life.
Great hospital, but didn't really like the photographer's tactics trying to pressure us on the spot to purchase newborn photos of our daughter and telling us we could not take time to think about it. Also she tried upselling us to try and sell us more then we wanted. So in the end we just said no and purchased nothing. Seems she must be on commission and just trying to make money.
Great care. Great people. I was released four days ago. However, the phonecall today from Ratha (sp?) pressuring me to settle my copay by credit card (before even seeing my bill or insurance claim) was TOTALLY TACKY! One star lost for that.
